As the sole on-site Resident Consultant, Raj leads the engineering of a roughly $32M statewide Enterprise Asset Management System — the system of record through which SCDOT manages 41,000+ lane-miles, 9,400+ bridges, and statewide fleet, signage, and pavement assets, and the operational backbone of its federally certified $21.5B ten-year Transportation Asset Management Plan.
This is federal policy made operational — MAP-21, the FAST Act, IIJA, and FHWA TAMP mandates translated into working configuration. He built the Python automation pipeline that unblocked a deployment where prior import attempts had failed, designed the dashboards 200+ agency staff use daily, is developing a RAG-based training chatbot for agency staff, and packaged the automation as a reusable framework since adopted by the New Mexico DOT.
